A new web-based television service for deaf people

VeeSee is the first dedicated web channel for BSL (British Sign Language) users which also includes an interactive forum and user-generated content.
VeeSee is undergoing a test period for the website. All its functionality will be in full working order at the end of May.
Once the service is fully functional, subscribers will be able to communicate using webcam-to-webcam video streaming which means that they will be able to interact using BSL.
