NASA’s Dawn Spacecraft on a way

NASA’s Dawn Spacecraft lifted today from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
This is the first step that should continue during eight years mission, Dawn Spacecraft goal is to describe the cosmology of the solar system's earliest epoch 4.5 billion years ago by exploring the massive asteroid Vesta and the planet Ceres, both of which are in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. Nasa hope to discover the secrets of the solar system and how it was born. It’s the first world effort to send spacecraft to explorer these asteroids.
Asteroid Vesta and the planet Ceres are both the biggest asteroids in belt between Mars and Jupiter. In last year Ceres started to be called the dwarf planet.
