Yoga balls

When I go to the gym I see in classroom of fitness yoga balls, and last weekend I used one of those balls, well, doing workout with these balls is very relaxing. A yoga ball is large in size and inflated, which can be used to exercise the core of our body. Last weekend have tried one of the basic exercise on these balls, was the traditional crunches and I see that balance is very important element in this case and also the stability is a great work out for exercising our crunches; and to have a strong core, great control and balance. Try it!
